All of our pieces are high quality stainless steel, electroplated with 18k gold using the PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) process. This technique ensures a durable, long-lasting finish that is waterproof, tarnish-resistant and suitable for everyday wear.

Yes! Our stainless steel base is hypoallergenic and safe for most skin types. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, we always recommend checking with your health provider.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order through store credit only (unless faulty) — as long as the jewellery is unworn, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

 We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your piece for a store credit and place a new order.
