ORDERS

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. Please review the details carefully and if there are any discrepancies or if you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us immediately.
  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Once handed over to the courier, you will receive another email with a shipping tracking link.
  • We are unable to guarantee cancellations or change of address as we may have already dispatched the order. If you have these concerns, please contact us immediately.

SHIPPING

  • Our shipping cost is $7 or FREE for orders over $100.
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Once processed, we ship using NZ POST from Auckland.
    North Island = Overnight (next working day)
    South Island = up to 2-3 working days

DELAYS / DAMAGED / LOST ORDERS

  • Please note exact delivery timeframes are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers due to unforeseen factors such as weather conditions, traffic disruptions or peak periods.
  • Once the package has been handed over to the courier and delivery has been confirmed through tracking, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
  • If your package arrives damaged / faulty, please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery and we will try our best to resolve the issue.
